Head of Digital and Unscripted Television at Kapital Entertainment, a Paramount-backed production company. I develop and produce digital and unscripted projects for networks, streamers, and social platforms.
After three years inside Amazon, I wanted to get back to storytelling. The work there mattered, but media has always been one of the places where I feel most at home.
Kapital Entertainment, backed by Paramount, gave me the chance to build a new Digital and Unscripted division from scratch. That meant developing projects for major networks and streamers, but also figuring out what kinds of formats actually earn attention now.
What still interests me about unscripted television is that people know immediately when something feels fake. When it works, it has a texture scripted drama can't really imitate.
